Lang Tengah or Pulau Lang Tengah is an island in Terengganu, Malaysia, featuring sandy white beaches and clear blue waters with plenty of fish and coral.

 

Lang Tengah - "the Eagle in the Middle" - gets its name from its location between the Perhentian Islands and Redang Island. Boats are sent from the resorts to pick up tourists at the Merang jetty in Kuala Terengganu.
